How to find us..........

We are thirty minutes from Devizes and fifteen minutes from Swindon, one hour from Salisbury and Bath and five minutes from Marlborough, our local market town. We have several riders who drive down from London at the weekend for a day or whole weekend riding, which is approximately one and a half hours drive away.

(From M4) West (Swindon and the west country)

Leave M4 at Swindon (Junction 15)

Take the A346 and follow signs to Marlborough. On entering the town follow the road past the golf course and Common (on the right) down hill (Herd Street) and take the first turning on the left signposted Mildenhall and Ramsbury.

Drive for approx 1 mile until you come to the Village sign, then through the village, past the Horseshoe Pub, to the red telephone box on the left. Turn left here up to the cross roads and turn right and immediately left into the winter yard.

For the Summer yard (May - November) follow instructions but on entering the village take the first turning on the right (Church Lane - a no through road). Follow road past the Church and into Church Farm Yard.

(From M4 East - London)

Come off motorway at junction 12 (Hungerford). Follow the A338 to Hungerford and the take the A4 signposted Marlborough. At the first mini roundabout turn right then straight up the hill (towards Swindon) at the second mini roundabout. This is Barn Street/Herd Street. Take the first turning on the right signposted Mildenhall and Ramsbury and then follow instructions above!

WARREN FARM COTTAGE (Bed and Breakfast Accommodation)

Leave M4 at Junction 14 and head towards Hungerford. From Hungerford (about half a mile) continue towards Marlborough.

After approx 6 miles take turning on right to Stitchcombe (small turning and easy to miss!)

Drive through Savernake Forest, keep to road, round a sharp bend, down
hill and follow road to the left. This takes you down a narrow road to T junction. Turn left (tiny letterbox on left) and drive a half a mile or so into Mildenhall.

Once you have passed the village sign you will see a red telephone box on the right, take a right turn here and continue up this road until you get to a T-junction. Turn right, past a signpost to Whiteshard Bottom. When you get to a small bungalow on the right, start indicating left where the road runs out and turn in through the farmyard - past farm machinery, past small bungalow, down a hill and the Cottage is on the right at the bottom of the hill.

COMING FROM MARLBOROUGH

From High Street, with Waitrose on your right, go down High Street keeping Town Hall on your left and at the mini roundabout turn left into Barn Street. 100 yards or so up hill at the Green take the first turning on the right signposted to Ramsbury and Mildenhall (red telephone box and letterbox on left). After five hundred yards there is a de-reg sign and some white railings on the left. Turn left at the end of these railings, under a railway bridge and continue along this road for 2 miles, past a large grain drier, turning to Whiteshard Bottom.

When you get to a small bungalow on the right, start indicating left where the road runs out and turn in through the farmyard - past barns and farm machinery, past small bungalowon the right, down a hill and the Cottage is on the right at the bottom of the hill.
